BRANDT® Manni-Plex® B Moly is a complex inorganic micronutrient fertilizer with a declared content:

• Boron (B) as acid, water-soluble: 3.3% w/w
• Molybdenum (Mo) water-soluble: 0.5% w/w

Unlike conventional fertilizers, it is formulated with a unique blend of low molecular weight sugar alcohols (polyols) that react with boron and molybdenum, making them more mobile within the plant, transporting them directly to the growing areas, both reproductive (especially fruits and inflorescences) and vegetative. BRANDT® Manni-Plex® B Moly is designed for application at key crop development stages: at the beginning of rooting, before flowering and during fruit set.

Some of the main functions of boron include providing elasticity to the cells during fruit enlargement, as well as improving fruit set and the final size of the fruits due to increased cell proliferation. Boron is essential for calcium transport and promotes a higher content of sugars and carbohydrates. Molybdenum is required for the formation of amino acids and proteins by the plant, as well as for nitrogen fixation in legume crops such as clover, alfalfa, soybeans and peanuts. Molybdenum helps boron to improve flower fertilization and fruit set and improves the plant’s root system.
